The resin, valued higher than gold in ancient times, is still extracted traditionally by hand. After drying into tear-shaped stones, the resulting crystals are steam-distilled to extract a pure oil. Frankincense is renowned for its mystical and soothing qualities, and ensures inner focus and clarity when combined with meditation or other centering practices.

This luxurious creamy deodorant also contains seaweed, which is added to moisturise and smooth the skin, provide antibacterial effect and promote detoxification. Coconut oil and shea butter act as a natural deodorant due to their antibacterial properties, which keep sweat at bay while calming the armpits to prevent irritation. Baking soda (4th place in the formulation) is effective in absorbing all types of moisture, including sweat, making it a useful ingredient for keeping your armpits dry. It also effectively neutralises odour-causing bacteria. Baking soda has earned a bit of a bad reputation because it is often accused of causing irritation. Soda is alkaline and can therefore cause irritation when used in too high a concentration. Professionally formulated deodorant with the correct, lower, soda concentrations will rarely cause any skin reactions. Cocoa butter is a well known emollient, as well as coconut oil and shea butter, and thus calms the skin. This butter is so fine that it is used to treat various skin problems.
