Our plant-based ridgefiller Anabell evens out grooves and imperfections in the nail plate, giving nails a more even finish. This gives nails a wonderfully smooth and even look. Can be used as a base coat or pure for a subtle pink finish.

VEGAN
Society has moved towards a more sustainable and healthy approach of consumer products. People are more conscious about what they eat and where products are coming from. Also the cosmetics industry is getting more conscious and critical about ingredients and the manufacturing process. OZN is committed to a vegan nail polish range, which includes avoidance of all animal products (no animal substances, pigments made from animals, or any other animal by-products) and a halal production.

WITHOUT HARMFUL INGREDIENTS
It is crucial that OZN products are not harmful to your health. OZN Nail Polish has been developed with no known toxic substances. We use alternative solvents and compounds, which are biodegradable and do not damage your health or pollute the environment. One example is butyl acetate, a solvent which is derived from acetic acid.

Naturally you cannot just use purely organic or natural ingredients in nail polishes. Though OZN ensures that no harmful chemicals at all are used in the manufacturing process the following harmful substances are not used in our products: formaldehyde (which is known to be cancerous), toluene (degreases the skin and can lead to inflammation), DBP (dibutyl phthalate), silicones, mineral oils, acetone, phthalates (a chemical softener), camphor (which can impact the nervous system and kidneys and can cause nausea and shortness of breath) and rosin (which may cause contact dermatitis).

OZN is a vegan and environmentally friendly alternative to conventional nail polishes. Despite the avoidance of harmful ingredients, the colour intensity and superior shine of our OZN Nail Polish products is not lost.

We distance ourselves from damaging additives and have developed non-toxic nail polish from all colours of a rainbow.

File the fingernails into the desired nail shape and degrease the nails so that the polish can hold optimally.
Do not use hand cream or other care products before applying the polish.
Apply to the natural nail and allow to dry.
Can be used as a base coat (please make sure that the nail hardener has dried thoroughly before applying the colour polish) or on its own.

OZN is a German brand of nail polishes, founded in 2015 by David Gerrlich and Nina Skarabela. Nina has a graphic design degree and her aesthetic feelings and experience are behind the beautiful packaging of these varnishes. She currently works as a psychotherapist and is the face of the OZN brand. David has more than a decade of experience in the cosmetics industry. He is behind the development and production of these unique varnishes.
