Nail-it drops by North American Herb & Spice work as an effective product for beautiful and healthy nails. Key ingredients

• WILD OREGAN OIL - P73 oil from high mountain oregano is literally packed with solar energy. It contains the flavonoid quercetin and key minerals such as calcium and magnesium. It provides protection against damage from external influences that cause premature aging.
• GARLIC OIL - Supports normal cognitive and digestive function, especially proper pancreatic function and therefore normal diabetic response. It has a circulatory and warming effect on the skin.
• CLOVE OIL - Clove oil has disinfectant, antiseptic and anaesthetic properties.

A miracle called Oregano

Oregano oil from wild oregano from the Turkish mountains is the most powerful essential oil in the world!

The wild oregano plant, native to the Mediterranean mountains, was widely used in ancient Greece - its Greek name, oros ganos, literally means "mountain delight". This plant is superior in quality and effectiveness to the common oregano grown in Mexico or other countries. Surviving records show that oregano was recommended by Hippocrates himself.

The oregano plant is absolutely exceptional in its composition. It is harvested by hand in areas at an altitude of almost 4 km, where it grows freely on rocky soil rich in minerals. It is this soil that makes the local oregano an exceptional antioxidant. In addition to the essential oil of cloves, oregano oil has the highest known ORAC value (300,000 per 100g) in the world. Did you know that oregano has 50 times the antioxidant activity of apples and 30 times that of potatoes?

P73 indicates the high percentage of polyphenol content in this particular brand of oregano oil. Because these are bactericidal phenols (substances that kill harmful bacteria), they have been put to good use in the production of all NAHS products containing P73.

Oregano oil P73 contains four main groups of substances

1. Phenols: 

Natural carvacrol phenol - P73 has over 64% carvacrol - the high content of this phenol is indicative of a quality oregano oil.

Thymol phenol - the content of this phenol in P73 is less than 5%. Poor quality oregano oils usually contain a higher percentage of this component, which can be problematic in higher concentrations.

Cuminaldehyde phenol - the main component in cumin oil, Cuminum cyminum. 

2. Terpenes: 

Terpenes are an essential component of essential oils. They are volatile fragrances contained in the leaves, fruits, flowers, rhizomes and roots of plants.

3. Alcohols: 

Linalool and bonreol - two long-chain alcohols found in oregano oil.

4. Esters: 

Esters are part of the fruit of plants and give them their specific aroma.
