This magical sea blue balm perfectly removes makeup and impurities to reveal beautifully radiant skin. It presents an unrivalled deep cleansing ritual specifically for skin that is plagued by acne, uneven skin tone or various skin irregularities. However, other skin types, including aging skin, will also benefit.

This luxurious, non-comedogenic emulsifying cleansing balm transforms into an oil and then milk emulsion on the skin that gently dissolves makeup, impurities, toxins and pollutants, leaving skin exceptionally soft, deeply cleansed, hydrated, soothed and radiant. AKTIVE INGREDIENTS

COCKATOO PLUM OIL - it is the world's richest source of natural vitamin C. It is scientifically proven that vitamin C promotes wound healing and protects skin cells from DNA damage. Vitamin C helps with collagen synthesis which helps reduce wrinkles, tighten skin and improve the condition of anti-ageing skin. New scientific evidence have also proven that vitamin C helps reduce hyperpigmentation and dark spots, thus promoting whitening and evening skin tone.

The cockatoo plum is a fantastic skin care ingredient with 3700mg of vitamin C per 100g, which is 70 times more than with orange with only 53mg of vitamin C per 100g.
The vitamin C contained in the cockatoo plum is also the most stable vitamin C in nature, which means that it retains its nutritional value for much longer.

SEA SALAD (ULVA LACTUTA) - a seaweed that is nicknamed sea lettuce because of its fan-shaped wavy form. It works as a great anti-ageing ingredient, significantly improving skin elasticity.

Scoop a generous amount of the balm and spread it into the palm of your hand. Using your fingertips, massage it onto your skin in circular motions until the balm turns into a silky oil. Splash your face with lukewarm water to turn the oil into a milky emulsion, and rinse until your skin is clean and free of residue. Then continue with your usual skin care ritual

If you have sensitive skin, test first and wait 24 hours before using new products. All customers should exercise due caution and perform a skin patch test before use to be sure. This is because Lovinah products are highly concentrated and this amount of active ingredients may irritate some skin types. A skin patch test is a simple method to determine if a person may react negatively to a product.

The skin patch test process:

1. Apply a few drops of the product to the patch and then apply the patch to the skin on the inside of the forearm.
2. Leave the patch in place for 24 hours, then remove it and check for a reaction. Avoid soaking the patch during this time.
3. If you experience redness, itching, blistering or soreness on the skin in the area where the patch was applied, it is possible that your skin is highly sensitive or that the product or an ingredient in the patch is causing an allergic reaction.
4. In this case, wash the affected area for 3 minutes in cold running water, do not scrub.
5. Do not use the product in case of a reaction.
6. If there is no reaction, the product is suitable for use.
7. If redness, itching, blistering, soreness or any other symptoms persist or worsen after washing the affected area, seek medical attention immediately.

Luxurious brands such as Lovinah and Terre Verdi are packaged in glass, and contain liquid contents. If anything happens to them, most couriers will not pay insurance because of this. We cannot take that risk as the products are expensive, which is why we must choose the courier that promises to reimburse us in case of accident, loss or theft. Having said, the courier is still cheaper than using the Czech Post Office service without tracking.

We cooperate with a private courier company in Czechia, Packeta, that uses GLS, DPD, UPS and other companies to safely and quickly deliver your precious packages. The delivery to most countries takes between 3-5 working days, but longer distances take longer time to deliver, of course.

ECOLOGICAL AND ZERO WASTE PACKAGING

Within Czechia and Slovakia we pack in ecological boxes filled with wooden wool. This packaging is both aesthetically pleasing and zero waste, but also more expensive than recycled/ reused boxes and traditional filling materials. However, when sending to other foreign countires we must add additional security and we were told the wooden wool may not be sufficient protection. We may need to individually wrap glass products or liquid products in bubblewrap or use plastic 'pillows' filled with air to avoid potential breakage during handling and transit. Once the courier has the package, what happens with it is out of our hands, which is why the complete zero waste packaging is not always possible. We apologise for this inconvenience.

Our online store is not a massive online ecommerce store, it is more of an online boutique with a select brands and products we believe in, and which may not be available everywhere. Producers usually make the products for us, fresh to order, and we focus on less known, but certified organic or 100% natural and very unique, brands with distinguished formulations. Hence, we cannot offer FREE shipping on orders of 50 or 100EUR.
