Hydroxypinacolone retinoate has an edge over other forms Vitamin A due to it’s stability and effectiveness. HPR can stay on the skin forup to 15 hours and one key advantage over other forms of Vitamin A is thatit’s zero conversion to retinoic acid. IconicA® (Retinaldehyde) 0.2%: Retinaldehyde is a better choice for vitamin A use in skincare products than is retinol.
