12. Magnesium Chloride - an excellent source of well-absorbed magnesium - it helps improve the overall appearance of your skin, reduces acne and other skin disorders by reducing cortisol levels, stabilizing hormonal imbalances and improving cellular processes.
13. Lavandula Angustifolia Oil* - Lavender oil - has healing effects on the skin, is suitable for all skin types (including eczema-prone, psoriasis or dermatitis), promotes the formation of new cells, has regenerative effects and is therefore suitable for older skin.
14. Laurus Nobilis Oil* - Bay Leaf oil - is antibacterial, antiseptic, antifungal, analgesic, improves blood circulation and has astringent and toning effects on the skin. It regulates the production of sebum and accelerates the healing of damaged skin. It is used against molds and as a preservative in natural preparations.
15. Citric Acid - used to adjust the pH of the product and skin. It is added to anti-aging products, where it supports peeling and renewal of the upper part of the skin.
16. Silver Citrate - Silver salt - has antimicrobial effects, it is effective even in trace amounts.
17. Nisin - antimicrobial preservative in food and cosmetics.
18. Polyepsilon Lysine - skin conditioner - EWG rating 1.
19. Linalool **, D-Limonene ** - part of essential oils.

DELIVERY OF GLASS AND LIQUID PRODUCTS

Luxurious brands such as Lovinah and Terre Verdi are packaged in glass, and contain liquid contents. If anything happens to them, most couriers will not pay insurance because of this. We cannot take that risk as the products are expensive, which is why we must choose the courier that promises to reimburse us in case of accident, loss or theft. Having said, the courier is still cheaper than using the Czech Post Office service without tracking.

We cooperate with a private courier company in Czechia, www.zaslat.cz, that uses GLS, DPD, UPS and Toptrans companies to safely and quickly deliver your precious packages. By clicking the link to their website above, you will be taken the tracking page in English, where you can see the parcel movement. The delivery to most countries takes between 3-5 working days.

ECOLOGICAL AND ZERO WASTE PACKAGING

Within Czechia and Slovakia we pack in ecological boxes filled with wooden wool. This packaging is both aesthetically pleasing and zero waste, but also more expensive than recycled/ reused boxes and traditional filling materials. However, when sending to other foreign countires we must add additional security and we were told the wooden wool may not be sufficient protection. We may need to individually wrap glass products or liquid products in bubblewrap or use plastic 'pillows' filled with air to avoid potential breakage during handling and transit. Once the courier has the package, what happens with it is out of our hands, which is why the complete zero waste packaging is not always possible. We apologise for this inconvenience.

FREE DELIVERY

Our online store is not a massive online ecommerce store, it is more of an online boutique with a select brands and products we believe in, and which may not be available everywhere. Producers usually make the products for us, fresh to order, and we focus on less known, but certified organic or 100% natural and very unique, brands with distinguished formulations. Hence, we cannot offer FREE shipping on orders of 50 or 100EUR.

Still, we think the courier's delivery prices are very reasonable for the packages up to 5kg, and we hope you will enjoy shopping with us.
